What this site is
This Privacy Policy covers sysreon.com and its subpages, operated by Sysreon Technologies & Research LLC ("Sysreon," "we," "us"). It describes what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
- Standard analytics data. Like most websites, we may use analytics tools that log basic technical information — pages visited, approximate location (city/region level, from IP), browser and device type, referring site, and time on page. This helps us understand which parts of the site are useful and which aren't.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We may use cookies or local storage for basic site functionality and analytics. See "Cookies & advertising" below for third-party ad-related cookies.
- Information you submit directly. If you email us, use a contact form, or otherwise reach out (for example, through the Contact page or a "Pilot Partners" inquiry), we collect whatever you send us — typically your email address, name, and the content of your message — so we can respond.
- WebMCP / tool-based interactions. Some product pages expose WebMCP tools that let compatible AI agents query page content or interact with a page programmatically. These interactions are read-oriented and don't collect additional personal data beyond what's already described here, but if you interact with the site through an AI agent or browser tool, that tool's own data practices also apply and are outside our control.
Cookies & advertising (Google AdSense)
This site may display advertising served by Google AdSense or other third-party ad networks. These networks may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites on the internet (interest-based / personalized advertising).
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and you can generally opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices. We don't control these third-party networks' data practices directly — refer to Google's own privacy policy for details on how it handles data collected through advertising products.
You can also control cookies generally through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, though doing so may affect site functionality.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate and improve the site, respond to inquiries, understand aggregate traffic patterns, and (where applicable) support ad delivery through third-party networks. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Data retention
We retain contact-form and email correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to address the inquiry and maintain business records, and analytics data for as long as our analytics provider's default retention window allows, unless a shorter or longer period is required for a specific business or legal reason. We don't currently have an automated deletion pipeline for every data category — if you want something removed sooner, contact us (below) and we'll handle it manually.
Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify what you're asking about (e.g. the email address you contacted us from). We'll respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site and its services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
